Changed your mind?

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at mark.childs@lbpsltd.co.uk with your order number to let us know.

You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Please contact us before returning anything and we'll send you the return instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty, you'll need to pay the cost of sending it back.

We'll refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay any return costs.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
