Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Delivery cost
- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Free delivery on orders of £50 or more
Delivery times
Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 working days and then arrive within 5-10 working days. Our products are sent from our partner warehouse, so items in a larger order may arrive in separate parcels.
Once your order has been sent, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Christmas orders
To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please order by 10 December.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or it arrives damaged, please email us at mark.childs@lbpsltd.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right.
